As a mother of two boys and business owner, Mel understands that life today is busy. That's why Mel's mission is to help people get the financing they need, without the stress. Nikki has over 12 years experience in the finance industry with 10 years at ANZ, working as a Senior Personal Banker. For the last 2 years she has been in the mortgage broking industry as a loans processor. She holds a Diploma of Mortgage Broking (Management) and a Cert IV in Credit Management. Nikki lives with her family on their acreage property at Jimboomba.
Warren has over 24 years working in finance with the last 19 year being in Mortgage Broking. Through various roles in his career, he has been able to work with different finance professionals which has added to the knowledge and experience he can pass on to his clients. Warren holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). When not at work, Warren enjoys woodworking and creating his next piece of furniture.
Amanda’s primary role is to support Mel with her workload. With 14 years in finance, including extensive CBA experience in pre settlement verification with brokers, lenders and solicitors, Amanda is an integral member of the Zest team. Amanda has a Cert III in Business and is completing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering.
With 23 years of banking expertise and in-depth broker CRM experience, Joanna is passionate about helping Zest's clients get the right loan for their needs and busy lifestyle. Speaking of busy, Joanna is the mother of two teenage girls who are looking to follow their mum's finance footsteps.
Ashleigh holds a Diploma of Business Administration and is currently in the process of obtaining a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering. Ashleigh is an experienced conveyancer with the skills required to assist clients from formal approval through to settlement.

Alana has over 14 years working in Suncorp across various lending roles, with a Cert III in finance. She has a zest for lending and loves helping clients reach their goals of owning their home, while having the right loan product for them. She especially loves guiding first home buyers through their first purchase.When at home she has 2 young kids to keep her on her toes.

David holds a Diploma in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland. Prior to joining Zest Mortgage Solutions with Mel, David was a practising Lawyer, after having previously worked for over 15 years’ in Business Management. David’s role is to help Mel run the business side of Zest Mortgage Solutions, along with providing a point of contact for all of Zest’s business partners.
Katrina is here to assist our clients from formal approval to settlement. She is also devoted to assisting our clients with any questions and booking them in to see one of our fabulous brokers. Katrina joins Zest with over 10 years’ experience in Property Management and 5 years in Management/Sales. Katrina also lives locally and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is an avid reader and is always looking for the next renovation project at her place.
David holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland and a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting from QUT. He helps in all aspects behind the scenes to achieve the best outcome for all of Zest’s clients.
